Our licensed nurses can help clients manage their diabetes by monitoring their blood sugar, making sure they take their medications as prescribed, and ensuring they are eating the appropriate food. -
Medication Administration
Our licensed nurses over see the management and administration of medications. This helps ensure compliancy and prevents medication errors. -
Weight Management
Our licensed nursing personnel will work in collaboration with a dietitian to provide weight management education and a meal plan. -
Trasportation
Our licensed nurses will schedule appointments and transportation to doctor’s offices.
